Your booking gives you:

• An hour in our woodfired tubs, sauna & ice baths at the time you've selected.

• Same day access to our Yoga & Breathwork sessions running at 11.30am till 12.30pm & 2.30pm till 3.30pm each day.

• All day access to the Wellness Wood bar, chill zone, showers & make up area.
